Gina A. Marotta
Founder of CRE A&A
Gina Marotta has over 30 years of professional experience in all aspects of commercial and multifamily real estate investments, development, mortgage underwriting, loan securitization, and investment valuation. Her experience spans all property types across the United States and includes performing, sub-performing, and non-performing properties and loans.
In addition to a professional career in real estate investment banking, credit risk advisory, and due diligence, she has been an investor in small commercial and multi-family properties in California, Detroit, and Mexico. She is the founder of Human Strategies for Human Rights which provided NGO capacity building in developing countries and has traveled to over 55 countries.

Katie Andrews
Founder | K JOY CPA, PLLC
Katie Andrews is proud to be the owner of K-Joy CPA, an accounting firm based in metro Detroit. She works with small businesses across industries and states; consulting on business matters spanning coast to coast. She specializes in tax and accounting for real estate and property management professionals and has extensive experience with the sale and treatment of capital assets. She really enjoys advising or getting hands-on to help her clients stay in compliance and worry less. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan and a proud member of the MICPA.
She also donates her time as a board member for the Lenox Township Library, acting as their Treasurer. Her status as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor along with her CPA gives her a cutting-edge perspective on the use and implementation of software with AI and the business world.
She lives in a small town with her husband, her daughter, and her 3 adorable dogs!

Ginnie Barrieres
Project assistant CRE A&A
Ginnie has proudly joined the CRE A&A team recently to help support and coordinate the marketing and operation plans.
Her focus is to consistently provide excellent quality service, assist in creating and reinforcing a relation of trust between our clients and the services we propose, develop and find new creative, innovative ways to expand the Business.
She is also the coordinator between our clients and the team, thus interacting, collecting, filtering and providing with any relevant information to better target what needs to be addressed.
She has been a flight crew Manager in the Aviation industry for 10 years and mainly worked all over Europe in Tourism, Public relations and became an Expert in international communication!
She is also passionate about singing, teaches French and English, and is also a certified Coach and meditation teacher.
