Terms of Services
- CRE Answers LLC, dba CRE Answers and Advisory does not work as a licensed real estate broker or mortgage loan arranger. Any consultation is carried out in the context of a professional services provider.
- CRE Answers and Advisory does not provide legal advice or legal consultation. Any consultation is carried out in the context of customary and prudent real estate investment operations and practice.
- CRE Answers and Advisory is unable to predict or determine the outcome of a client’s real estate investment decision. Client agrees to hold CRE Answers and Advisory harmless of same.
- Scheduled call times are either 30 or 60 minutes. A refund for less than the allotted time will be provided only when payment is made for 60 minutes and the call duration is less than 30 minutes.
- Each question is reviewed in advance by our consultancy team to confirm that we have the experience and background necessary to answer your questions. You will not be charge for this review.
- Each phone consultation includes the review of documentation not to exceed 10 pages. Additional pages are at further cost. Inquire in advance.
- Payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled call time. If the call involves the review of a document, then payment must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled call time allowing your consultant time to review the document.
- Rescheduling of an initial call is allowed, but only one time please.
- All calls will be treated as confidential. CRE Answers and Advisory reserves the right to use the general content of calls for marketing and business development purposes.
- A maximum of two individuals may be on the call. This is in addition to our consultant.
- The name, email address, and cell phone number of each person on the call shall be disclosed to CRE Answers and Advisory.
- Follow-up or additional consultation services are available on either an hourly or terms of services fixed-fee basis with our consultant’s affiliated company. CRE Answers and Advisory holds no liability for those services.
