CRE Answers and Advisory provides post call transaction support and client assistance based on agreed upon terms of services between you and our consultant. Such services could include acquisition due diligence support, assistance in processing a transaction for closing, lease analysis, or financial/returns analysis, including Argus runs.   Pricing is based on either an hourly rate or per deliverable report, as determined by the scope of work. A premium may be required for rush projects. A separate proposal for services will be provided for your consideration and approval.
